Our standards
What every brand can count on from us.
Authorized sourcing only
We buy directly from brands or from their authorized distributors, and every unit traces back to a commercial invoice. We never source from liquidators, gray-market importers or unverified third parties.
MAP, without exceptions
Your minimum advertised price is the floor in our repricing rules on every channel. We don't run discount codes, bundles or coupons that break your policy.
Your listing, protected
We sell on your existing listings and follow your Brand Registry content. We don't create duplicate listings, change titles or images, or make unauthorized bundles.
New, sealed, in date
Product is stored in clean, climate-sheltered conditions and rotated first-in, first-out. We track lot and expiry dates where they apply, and we never sell damaged units as new.
A real owner on the other end
You deal directly with the owner, not a call center. We answer quickly, share sell-through when you ask, and resolve customer issues in a way that protects your brand's reputation.
Fulfillment
From your dock to their door.
We receive, inspect, store, prep and ship from our Florida operation, and we route inventory to Amazon FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services when that serves the customer best.

Step 01
Introduce
Tell us about your line, your channel policies and your minimums. We'll tell you where your products fit.
Step 02
Vet
We send our W-9, Florida resale certificate, business references and any agreements you need signed: MAP, reseller or channel.
Step 03
First order
We place an opening order on prepay or terms. Once you approve, you issue a letter of authorization for marketplace brand approval.
Step 04
Grow
We keep stock steady with planned reorders, report sell-through when you ask, and flag listing or pricing problems we see.
